Dart Communications does not require you provide any personal information to browse the website, download, or use trial software.

Control & Access to Personal Information: You may request a copy of all information stored by Dart, as permitted by law. A fee may be charged for this service. Please email support@dart.com to obtain a report.  Changes to your personal information may be requested at any time by emailing support@dart.com.

Data Security: Your Personal Data is held on limited access servers in the United States. Dart takes reasonable steps to protect all Personal Data from unauthorized access and disclosure. If posting to Dart’s support forum you understand this information is public and is your sole responsibility to ensure the information posted does not contain personal or sensitive information.

Retention and Deletion of Personal Data: Dart will retain all Personal Data while the account is active, unless otherwise requested.  A request to delete Personal Data may be sent to support@dart.com, however does not guarantee a complete deletion of data. The retention of certain data, such as, but not limited to, first name, last name, and purchase history, may be required for legal and financial audit purposes.

Location of Your Information: Personal information is stored on servers located in the US. On occasion Dart may be required to transfer some of your personal data to affiliate companies. All transfers will be made in accordance to the applicable laws on data protection and this Privacy Policy. You consent to such a transfer by using the Dart site or by providing Dart with any personal information.

Use of Cookies: Cookies are small files used to track user behavior on Dart’s website via Google Analytics and other similar third party service providers.
